Tasting Menu at One Fish Street

We’re bringing back something that was a huge part of One Fish Street during our five years in Cornwall - our Seafood Tasting Menu. After such a brilliant response during Bristol Seafood Week this summer, we’ve decided to make it a regular event!

For this special event, we'll be serving a substantial tasting menu featuring a series of seafood courses, giving guests the chance to experience a wide range of sustainably sourced seafood, seasonal ingredients and flavours throughout the evening.

By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation for any event hosted by One Fish Street, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Tickets and event bookings are non-transferable without prior agreement from the restaurant.

2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. If we are able to resell your place, a refund may be offered at our discretion.

3. Dietary Requirements & Allergies Any dietary requirements or allergies must be provided at the time of booking. We will always do our best to accommodate dietary needs; however, this cannot be guaranteed for all events. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, sesame, and others. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.

4. Seating Arrangements Seating may be communal or allocated depending on the nature of the event. We will try to seat guests booked under the same reservation together. We reserve the right to adjust seating arrangements where necessary.

5. Event Timings Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the advertised start time. Events will begin promptly, and late arrivals may miss part of the experience. We may be unable to delay food service, performances, or scheduled activities for late arrivals.

6. Menu & Programme Changes Menus, drinks, entertainment, speakers, or other event elements may be subject to change due to seasonal availability, supplier issues, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any substitutions will be of a comparable standard wherever possible.

7. Behaviour & Conduct We ask all guests to behave respectfully towards staff, performers, speakers, and other guests. Abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

8. Alcohol Service Guests must be 18 years or over to purchase or consume alcohol. We reserve the right to request valid photographic identification. Alcohol service may be refused in accordance with licensing laws and responsible service practices.

9. Photography & Social Media Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during events for use on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to appear in any images, please inform a member of the team on arrival.

10. Cancellation by One Fish Street In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone an event, guests will be offered either: a full refund, or the option to transfer their booking to a rescheduled date (if applicable). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

11. Force Majeure We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, power failure, government restrictions, supplier failure, or other unforeseen events.
